Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Order Processing Time:

Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your order to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays.) Note that there is a processing time in addition to the shipping time. The shipping time displayed at checkout does not include the 2-4 business days required for processing. Kindly take this into account when placing your order. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates:


We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.

Liability for Lost or Damaged Parcels:

Blossom & Me is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with the carrier directly if you believe your order has been lost or damaged after delivery.

 

Return & Exchanges Policy:

We offer domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original order date*, as long as the item is in original condition (unwashed/unworn) and in original packaging.

Shipping charges are not refunded.

Note: We do not provide tracking for return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days from arrival to Blossom & Me.

International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any such taxes or duties or delays caused by customs.
